Shimmer - Nails, Tanning and Beauty is a friendly and relaxed home based salon located in the beautiful village of Rotherfield, East Sussex. 

Treatments include Spray Tanning, Shellac, Gel Nail Extensions and Overlays, Nail Art, Minx, Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing, Eyelash Lifts and Eyelash/Brow Tints.  

For those of you that haven't used me before, my name is Julie and I am a qualified and insured nail technician and beauty therapist.  

I originally started my business offering spray tans but found that I wanted to expand my knowledge and have gone onto to train in a range of beauty treatments and nails services.  I regularly attend beauty shows to ensure that I am up to date with the latest innovative products and have recently added Brisa Lite to my range of nail treatments. 

My aim is to provide you with a salon experience in the comfort of my cosy log cabin with easy parking and convenient appointment times.  As a busy mum myself, I know how tricky it can be to have 'me time', that's why I offer evening appointments to fit in around busy families.

For your complete peace of mind I have public liability insurance with Salon Gold and am qualified in all treatments offered (certificates below).   I also have an enhanced disclosure CRB check.
